by mistake i deleted one user now i need that user, how it is possible it is very necessary

Profiles roles authorizations given to the user has to be entered manualy again only.

There's no 'revert' or 'undo' button.
Your hint is in .
Go to transaction SUIM and get the change documents for the user and date when you deleted. Dat should give you enough info to recreate it.

If you recreate it with the same user id - SAP will retrieve the "address info" - ie. first name / last name.

Hi,
While recreating the user if you need , the detail role information which user was having. You can check this information in change documents of SUIM for user.

Goto su01
Give the old user id of the deleted user. Click on create. The system will ask "Old SAPoffice data found for this user name. Do you want to copy this data to the new user? "
Click on yes.
Give the initial password for the user and click save.
Now click on information -> Change documents for Users
Make the "From Date" field blank
In the option for "Output" , select "List of change history"
Click on execute.
You will get the change documents for the user. From here you can find what all roles were with the user when it was deleted.
Assign these roles to the user again.

Go to SUIM and See the Change Documents you can find deleted roles
Add those roles back to the user
If you using CUA dont run in CUA run in the specific system.
you can also do the same in report SA38-->RSUSR100
