Recipe Workbench

Hi,

I would like to configure the Recipe Workbench in our SAP ECC 5.0 environment. Could anyone tell me where to find the documentation. I have been thru the Tx.Code: RMWB. But it is a lot confusing without the documentation.

Hope to get some response ASAP.
