Hi SAP CRM experts,
We have a requirement where the sales orders created in sap crm should be changed in R/3 and then the changes should come across to crm and again the order should be editable in crm.
I did some research on this and came across the following;
1. There are 3 different scenarios X, Y and Z which can be activated using middleware in order to make R/3 as the source system. But in this case the changes of R/3 are not transferred back to CRM and the order becomes undeditable in CRM.
2. Interdependent Changes: In this case the orders are editable both in CRM and R/3 but with lot of restrictions and mainly that the changes in R/3 will not be reflected in CRM.
Can you please help if there is some standard solution to make CRM orders editable in both CRM and R/3 and the changes flow to both systems and orders are in sync.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Satish,
To change the order before replicatingt o R/3 we can do this through BADI CRM_DATAEXCAHNGE_BADI .
I did the same thing which you want ..i have implenetde badi to modify address no which is creating accodig to BP...i have restriced it with some functionality in above BADi...so if you want to do some chanes to order before replacation to R/3 you can do in this BAdi
You have to just create the Z implemenattion for above BADI defination and map the required fileds in particular method.

Have a look at szenario A, this is what you want to set up - it is standard since 5.0. Do not worry about the limitations, usually they do apply only in about 5% of the projects. Also in this scenario all R/3 changes are reflected in CRM as far as the data fields are available there.
