SAP router configration

Dears,

I am configuring saprouter.Till the step of import certificate everything went perfect and test of import certificate was correct.

Now in the steps i found i should be having saprouttab file but i searched in whole computer but didn't find the file. Please tell where this file is located or i have to create this file manually as SAP also has provided us a example of saprouttab file.

Please suggest.

Yes create saprouttab file manually without any extension

Hi,

You have to create saproutabtable under /sap/sarouter directory.

I am giving an example of routtabtable.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

So in this example file i have to replace only my <server IP>,<Domain IP> and instance number.

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <IP-address> 32<Instance>

Can you please tell me that what is 23 and 3299 in the below lines.

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <your server IP> 23
P <your srverIP> 194.39.131.34 3299

And should CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE be replaced by my distniguish name or it should be same.

Hi,

23 is a port which is use for telnet connection.

& just like we use instance no. 00,01,02,.....just like SAP use 99.

correct me if i am wrong.

Not that name should remain same.
