BOB X3 Dashboards - Cannot forward after response has been committed

I am a newbie pls help - apologies if this is the wrong forum!!

BOB Version X3.

I have created some basic dashboards using the Java Infoview webpage and they worked fine until I had a demo arranged with a senior member of staff. When I tried to open the Dashboards in Infoview I get the following error msg;

Cannot forward after response has been committed

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Many thanks.

Max

    Hi Max,

    Try this, I think it could be the same issue.

    [XI 3.0 Dashboard Manager Error;

    Hope this helps

    This was posted in the general forum and it worked;

    This is an issue with the Initialization user as noted in the previous post (Not a SDK issue).

    Try the following:

    1) Check the InitConfig.properties file located in the Performance Management 12.0 directory. Ensure that the field "initialization.User=<username>" has a valid user. Sometimes, administrators may delete the PMUser account from the CMC thinking it doesn't do anything. *If you make changes to this file, you should clear Tomcat/work/InfoViewApp and restart tomcat.

    2) Logon to Infoview via Administrator. Go to Preferences and expand "Dashboard and Analytics". Check ON "Change Initialization logon user:" and then input the username and password of PMUser or you can use Administrator instead.

    Give this a try 😊
