Solved: Backup Issue on Production Server

Hello All.

In our BW production server backup has been cancelled, I am attaching logs for your reference

ERROR: bpbkar created no communication file: /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/sap/.com.1220388325.233620.10.bpbkar

ERROR: wrong version of bpbrm/bpbkar installed

BR0233E Backup utility has reported an error while saving file /oracle/PBW/sapdata1/btabd_1/btabd.data1

BR0233E Backup utility has reported an error while saving file /oracle/PBW/sapdata1/btabd_2/btabd.data2

BR0233E Backup utility has reported an error while saving file /oracle/PBW/sapdata1/btabd_3/btabd.data3

BR0233E Backup utility has reported an error while saving file /oracle/PBW/sapdata1/btabd_30/btabd.data30

Please guide us to resolve the problem

Is this a new issue? Did it work before? What did you do?

This is not a SAP issue but a backup software issue....
