Total Loan Issued should print on Payslip

How to show Total Loan Amount Issued to employee on Standared remeneration statement (PE51 form)?

it should show on each month on payslip untill loan finish.

specially when an employee can hv more than one loan at the same time.

    Hi,

    In PE51 > 'Single Field' option, Table: PA0045 & field: DARBT will be used.

      thanks for your reply,

      actually this has already been done by me by first entring this table and field using PE51_checktab.

      the problem is...

      what if the employee has two loans at the same time, then how can a single field pick both of them? and in which squence?

      can we print that in window?

    Hi,

    Not sure but one can try it in sandbox by

    1) Create one group consisting that table & field. And this group to the window

    or

    2) Store Cumulative value in 'Z' tables & call it to the window.
