Hello
We have used Copy Express to copy one database into another.
This has led to several data corruption :
- loss of tax account in the tax settings
- change of item group code number (without a proper renumbering of data)
- copy of one user table into another one
Copy was done folder by folder (but we didn't do it all in one go) and I didn't untick any customisation.
We are in B1 2007 patch 37.
Has anyone seen those type of problem ? How did you solve it ?
Thanks
Fabrice
Hello
The first link didn't work. I cannot get into the partner area. Could you put somewhere accessible to customers ??? I will get charged 100$ by my consultants for their time to get it (which for once is normal).
Regarding the second thread, I have followed similar steps. And the data looks good in most places. Just some places are upside down. Patch 37 issue ???

Hi,
It could be probably the patch issue. Currently it is even the PL41 available. you will spend a lot of money to download the patch, won't you ? That is SAP B1. Patch level seems available biweekly.
I suggest to ask the SAP support by submit a ticket. To do this, if you are an end user, SAP Partner that have been received SAP B1 maintenance program fee from you will do that.

The pdf file name is expert empowerment copy express transport issue, January 17, 2007.
you will find all things about copy express but in short and clear explanation.
