ESR giving Error while loading with File repository.jnlp?

Hi @,

I have recently installed ESR in CE SR5 and when I am trying to start ESR it is giving me repository.jnlp file to save instead of opening Repository.

I have installed jdk1.5 and CE in installed in my localhost.

PLease suggest what to do or why this error is coming?

Hi

Can you check if Java Webstart is installed? If yes, it will automatically detect the JNLP file and start the builder.

You can download it from java.sun.com

Install Java Web start...

Also upgrade jre to jre 1.5 (if it is not.)
