Default Value or multiple FS triggers?

Hi,

A small question to all of you gurus out there.

I have a small scenario that I want to set up, but it's giving me a bit of a headache.

I wish to set a default value on a row in a panel (in this case a GL account). I have done this using a formatted search which is triggered by the item no. However when changing the WhsCode this changes the GL account. If I set the Formatted Search to trigger on the WhsCode, when I open the document, it will fetch the wrong GL account.

So I am bound by a scenario where I ideally would have a formatted search responding to more than one trigger. or simple have a default value in the GL account field, that could potentially be overwritten by manual typing.

Is such scenario possible to set up? If so please elaborate. Any suggestion is more than welcome.

The Refresh action can be set on only one field.

I would like to know what you mean by If I set the Formatted Search to trigger on the WhsCode, when I open the document, it will fetch the wrong GL account

Please paste the SQL you have and also explain the business condition and if possible give me an example
