Hi, Application developers would like to get access to application log/default trace files for troubleshooting application issues. Now I saw the link that we use for Bi Support desk http://<portal>.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prteventname/HtmlbEvent/prtroot/com.sap.ip.bi.supportdesk.default. To provide this access to developers, I am being asked to provide J2EE ADMINISTRATOR authorizations which I don't want. Is there any other link/method (either to download or view files) that can be used for support related matters with less authorizations
