UME Notification Text

I want to change the notification text which comes to ESS Administrator when user clicks on "Logon Help" in logon screen.

Currently the emails comes as:

Dear XYZ,

User abc has requested to unlock his account and reset the password.

I want to change it to:

Dear Administrator,

User abc has requested to unlock his account and reset the password.

however would like to know if I do not modify the notificationtext_en file, from where is first name & last name of recieving user getting populated in the email? I mean from where is xyz getting populated?
