Beneficiary with different Medical Plans

Hi Guru -

We have a request in Benefits for 2009 to configure a new retiree medical plan but allow the beneficiaries to select different medical plans. If anyone can tell me if we can configure one medical plan that will allow the dependents to select a different medical plan that will be most helpful.
