Partner Error

Hi all,

I have following error in the order: "Partner with the partner role XX cannot be converted (Notification E C( 010)".

This error order is not distributed to the ERP.

Could anybody throw somelight on this? How can i correct this?

Hi Tobias,

Please check the mapping of your CRM partner function to ERP partner function. may be the mapping for the partner function at CRM side is missing, due to which

distribution is not successful.

path:

TR:SPRO> IMG> Customer Relationship Management --> Basic Functions --> Partner Processing -->Data Transfer

Check the partner function procedure and how the specific partner function is configured. It is possible that the partner function is configured to display as something different thatn BP number.

Please add more details for a better reply.
