Faxes are not sent automaticly in Tx SOST

System Info:

SAP ECC6 7.0 Sup Pkg 133

Oracle 10.2.0.2

HP-UX 11.11

We have an ABAP programs that creates a report that is to be faxed to customers.

The program runs and puts the faxes in SOST. They are however marked with "Still no entry in queue" code "672"

I have to manually select them and then "repeat sent"

I am running RSCONN01 as a scheduled background job, every 10 minutes. I have 2 of them, one with variant SAP&CONNECTINT for sending my emails. The emails are sending after the job has run. There is no problem.

The fax variant is SAP&CONNECTFAX. After I have added the faxes to the "repeat sent" this job is sending them out.

I have searched for SAP Notes but didn't find any relevant ones.

My question is, can I automate the process of putting the jobs in the queue.
