    Hi Mohamed,

Some fields are either/or, meaning that in the form settings you can choose all fields but a different setting in the document might indicate that only 1 of 2 fields can be displayed.

An example of this is the 'Item No' and 'BP Catalog No.' fields in marketing documents. With standard functionaqlity only 1 of these fields can be displayed at a time, it is either 'Item No' or 'BP Catalog No.'.

You choose whihc one you want in the Form Settings -> General tab.

There are threads in this forum explaining how you can display both with UDFs and formatted searches.

Another example is on payment documents where you can choose between 'BP Reference Number' and 'Document No.', also here it is either or and you select which one you want at the same place.

Other fields even though you might have selected them are not always relevant to the document that is being created and is for that reason not displayed.

I hope this is what you were refering to.

Menu Fom Setting can hide on the menu bar, please right click on mouse so you can see menu form setting is unvisible. If you right click again on the menu bar, all menus will be appear. You can tick and untick on the menus. If Form Setting menu has appeared on , you can tick on fields that you want it. There are field Visible and Active.

I hope you that it will work.

    Regards,

    Agung

    Hi Mohamed,

If you want to display all fields for all forms, that will probably too much for you to browse. Do you have any particular forms in mind?

If you do need to display all, you can go to menu Tools - Form Setting or by the icon between PLD and query manager. You can check all fields "visible" to display them all whenever you are in one of forms.

    Thanks,

    Gordon
