Hi Ankit,

The note has no solution info regarding your issue. What you can do is:

1. Enter a single quote first following the number. It should be displayed as text and left aligned. If not, you need to edit the cell to add a single quote in front of the number.

2. Save the file as TXT (Tab Delimited) type. This format is the best for DTW use.

3. Before DTW, always open the text file by notebook to check. You can correct any format within notebook in case nothing works by handling within excel.

Thanks,

Gordon

Always maintain the template as xls and make any changes to the xls file and do not reopen the Tab / CSV file

Ankit,

In your excel template, please add a exclamation before the parent number and Excel will then treat it as a char

Example: '40000000000
