UWL problem

Hi,

I have installed NWDS CE 7.1 in my system.I want to work in UWL Customization.

Iam able to access portal through the url http://hostname:portnum/irj/portal

But i dont find any "Create Task" button.

What could be the reason for this? Do i need to assign any roles to the user?

Please suggest.....
