help,my sap server cannt startup!

my ecc6.0 server cannt startup after restart my computer this morning.

DB (ms-sql 2005) is ok.

when i startup the service ,it have error as "could not start the SAPITI_00 service on local computer error 5: access is denied" ..

why?

Hi friend!

In addition to the special log files in the home directory of user <sid> adm, consult the developer traces and the application area of the Event Viewer in Windows Systems. Checking the profile files themselves can be particularly helpful. Did you modify any parameter? Are you logged on the Windows as <sid>adm?

hi,all.i have been solved my problem by myself .

it because the sapstartsrv.exe was shattered .

and i copy a new one from other folder,and it's ok!

Hi,

check if you can start sapstartsrv.exe manually from command line by logon <sid>adm.

C:\ <path of sapstartsrv>\sapstartsrv.exe pf=<instance profile>

The command line can be checked from the properties on SAPITI_00.

According to the message "Access is denied", it looks permission problem.
