Import Web Intellig. .wid from 6.5 to XI 3.0 without online repository

Hello

We are a new customer of Business Objects XI 3.0. Our organisation (cantonal (state) office) uses the same business software together with other other cantons. Since we use the same database-structure we want to use the same requests already defined in another canton which already started with Business Objects in version 6.5.

We succeded in importing the universes from file. What we try to accomplish now is to import also the db-requests defined in web-intelligence by our partner canton. We have the files in .wid-format but an online access as a source repository to this canton is not possible. How can we migrate/import this files?
