Hello,
I heard that the administrator has to download manually a file with the current release version informations and put this file to the neccessary file. Is this the normal way or is there a possibility to download the files automatically?
Thank you, Maximilian
Hello,
the file upload is possibly related to the patching process of the java and abap stack.
When downloading support package stacks (SPS) one needs to download
the summary xml file as well in order to be able to apply the SPS.
I believe the SLD updates automatically the changed release data of the
connected systems (or at least the connected systems reply with the
new data).
Hope this helps.
kr,
andreas

Hello again,
sorry, now I got it.
From time to time you need to update the data models in the SLD, so the
SLD can handle/recognize new software versions and software releases.
You need to update the
