SAP ESS MSS implementation

hello gurus,

I am new to SAP HCM and got a project to implement SAP ESS and MSS. i will be working as functional consultant. Can anybody guide me what to prepare before hand for this project? i have already read material from help. sap.com. many thanks.

hi

just make sure u know all the technicality if any new application will be required to develop. If it is a ECC6 implementation u will need to tell your abaper all the interfacing needed for the service and the required BAPI for the same.

Most of the Services will work fine , without much of issues , just back end configuration has to be alright.

Make sure you Implement / configure the IGS correctly as it will be required to display graphics on the portal.

Also make sure , you get configured The ADS (ADOBE Document system ) at back end , if you intend to use the PCR / HCM Form based systems.
