Error with certificate when calling service layer from xs application

Hi,

I have the following issue, when i create a certificate for service layer and try to import in hana xs administration tools --> Trust Manager, it load the certificate but it doesn't work

The steps tha i following are:

First add the exception for service layer url

After created a certificate, i imported in SAP HANA Trust Manager

After load i get a message that the certificate was imported successful

if i choose the certificate and click on Certificate Actions i get the next error

How do i have to create and import the certificate?
