Dear experts,
I am having a requirement in the current project I am working on to maintain a SLA process for leads. This means to present how long a lead is in the current status and define after how long the lead owner will receive an alert that the lead is too long in this status.
The requirement also raised a need to present in a report how long each lead was in each status.
Do you have an idea how this requirement can be implemented?

If a lead remains too long in a certain phase, then it is said to be aging. In this case, the system notifies the manager of the sales representative who is responsible for the lead.

Dear Prasanth,
I familiar with the solution you suggested, but this solution doesn't enable us to maintain different Lead Aging phases.
Moreover, this feature doesn't let us to view a report with the different Lead Aging values and how long each lead was in a certain Lead Aging phase.
