Can we use HR Processes and Form for FI module

Dear Experts

Can you suggest SAP provided tool similar to HR processes & Form to create customer master and G/L..

We've developed many forms in HR module using HR P&F which require different stage of approval before create a record in Infotype..

We've a similar requirement in FI module to create a FPM or FIORI UI form and read configuration similar to HR P&F where requester raise form and goes to different stage of approval and fill other information before create a new record in SAP.

I suggest to use HR P&F tool to configure fields to visible/edit at every stage without using SAP_PA service and use custom backend class to define fields using field catalog.

Is this a good idea or can anyone pls suggest SAP provided tool (no 3rd Party tool) to design and configure workflow process approval for FI module .

Hello Kamalbabu Kamatchi,

Though this is a old post, please note it is possible to use HCM P&F coupled with a advanced generic service to achieve the desired functionality.
