the authorization object to export to excel

Hi , In sap system ,which authorization controls whether a user can export data to excel ? In my case, a user want to export data to excel , but in her GUI menu, the save to local file option is grey.

Assign The auth object S_GUI to a role and role to user.

The Auth object is S_GUI as mentioned by vamshi... add value 61 for permission to export.

From table AGR_1251 (T-code Se16) you can download the Auth Object ( system-list-save-local file - excel).
