We generally plan the data either manually or thru planning functions. You need to save the input ready query as the workbook. When you will open the workbook, you can enter the plan data. You can have button also for any calculation on the workbook. But for that, you must have defined planning functions in the planning modeller for this aggregation level on which your query is based.
You should create an input ready query for that. I hope you must have defined affregation level, filter and function for your cube. Without that, you wont be able to make a input ready query. Once you will make a inpu ready query, there you can update the data in the query. Once you will save this query/workbook, the data will be saved into your planning cube.
As Shambhu sad, you need create a planquery and link in one Workbook or WAD, according your Visual business solution. The use of calculated key figure or Key figure restricted is possible of the used in Planquery , but isnu2019t impossible the planning.
Remember that all characteristics and key figures should be used in aggregation level.
