Hello,
1.You can use the info update indicator at PO to update the changes automatically.
2.You can analyse the changes in the prices by price order history from Info record.
3.To set this info update indicator as a default in PO, Maintain in IMG - MM - Purchasing - Environment data - Default values for buyers - settings for default values - 01 Default values for group 1 - Indicators - nfo record update - A or B or C in Purchase order or A or B or C in Quotation.

hi
In purchase order please tick the indicator infoupdate at item level.
then each time you create purchase order, the price of last PO created will be updated in inforecord.

Yes, use info update indicator in MMR, PO in the item level ...
When ever there will be any changes will automatically get updated in the inforecord....
Effect of Info update indicator :
from scheduleing agreement : Time dependent conditions are updated..
from Contract and PO : last po is updated...
PO : Prices are updated...
Hope it helps...
