Customizing screens in the Portal for IT0006 Molga 07

Hi colleagues,

I am opening this thread on behalf our colleague Allan:

Allan wants to change the screen for IT0006 subtype 4 Molga 07 (Canada).

Instead having one field "street and House no." he wants to split up in two fields "street" and "house no.".
