Are you asking at the time of GR, you want to receive stock of material in more than one warehouse instead of one. If yes then in MIGO, use "Distribute qty" button for this. Once you click on this button, system gives a pop-up, here split qty, enter Storage locations and Warehouse and then adopt. It will split in multiple line items as per reqmt. and system will generate batch no for each line item if it is batch managed.
Note: - "Distribute qty" button is after Delete and Contents buttons. It is like X
