key figure shows extra zeros in Bex

Hi all,

When I execute the query the qty key figure is showing 3 extra zeros.Ex qty 100 is showing as 100000.When I checked the same in other system it is working fine.What are the setting that I need to change

Check the Excel properties.

If the problem is with Excel then all the KF's should face this issue.But only the Qty KF is having the issue

Hi,

I hope this may be due to regional settings in your computer. Please check this. There are many other changes which you can change according to your need.

Goto Control panel in your computer and select the regional and language settings.

Hi Chandra,

Check the scaling factors first. Change scaling factor in query level.

Goto the keyfigure properties you can find the scaling factors.

Hi,

If it a problem with scaling factor then other systems also shuld face this issue but it is working fine.Only for Qty ketfigure for all queries I am facing this issue.
