Hi,

While creating maintenance order I am able to enter estimated cost in header tab but I couldn't above to see the same amount in cost tab. What could be the reason for the above.

I am trying to enter the costs in estimated values like labour chanrges, misllenious cost etc in estimated cost before order release. But i couldn't able to enter any type of cost there.

Is there any config setting requires for the above?

Could any body help me out on this please?

Regards

Srinivas

Srinivas,

As standard, the estimated costs can only be entered during CRTD status.

You can either enter the costs at header level or via the cost tab (value category level), but not both...

Try removing the estimated costs in the header, then enter then via the cost tab.

If you've released your order - then its too late and there's nothing (standard) you can do..

Even though I couldn't able to enter any type of costs in cost tab, Order was in CRTD status only. I haven't given any cost in header datta.
