Execution of multiple workflow items in inbox

We've activated the "workflow release for payment" which is working fine. However, the validator would like to have the possibility to approve more than 1 workflow at the same time. It's possible to select more than 1 item but when we approve, we still have to approve for each one of them. The option in the personal workflow settings "Transfer of Execution to Other Work Items Possible" is switched on but I don't get the "decision for all" button.

Do i need to change something in the customizing?

Thanks for your quick and helpful reply. I will check with our progammer to implement the coding of the helpfiles. I think this will solve my problem.
