Profit center made as required field

Hi everybody,

1. We have created GL-5001111 (same as created cost element) in Dev-300 for this profit segement made as optional. while doing sales order, PO, MIRO system works perfectly everything

2. The same gl has created in Dev-200 for this profit segement made as required entry. While doing MIRO system does not generate accounting document.

What might be the reason?

Issue Description is:

Field Prof.Segmt is a required field for G/L account 50051111

Hi,

Check FSG and Document type feilds. The profit center field should sync to SDRO rule.

Hi Anifi,

Please enter the Profitability segment and try again.

If it doesnot work, make it optional and try posting.

Some config from Deve had not been moved to QA..

Thats why this prob..

Where i need to enter profit segement.

Even we have not created that gl in Dev-300, we have created in Dev-200.

The thing is we have created a gl in Dev-300 and made profit segment as optional.

Whereas the same gl created in Dev-200 and made profit segement as required.

Might be for this reason system threws error or is there any other solution

Hi Anifi,

In Dev-200, when for the g/l a/c keep profit segment as Optional instead of keeping it as required field.

That is why it is showing the error message. With this it will remove the error.
