BAPI_PO_CREATE1 - CREATES HELD PO

Hi experts,

I am using the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 (with the committed BAPI afterwards) and I am receiving the number created but it is creating a HELD PO, what means a problem because I am converting a mass of POs.

Although I am NOT using, I have tried to use (without success) the flags: MEMORY_COMPLETE/MEMORY_UNCOMPLETE.

Any kind of suggestion would be appreciated, and rewarded as it demands.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

The Po which you processed would be incomplete....

A faulty or incomplete purchase order, stored in the SAP System using the "Hold" function.

Purchase orders that are "on hold" ("held" POs) can be processed or completed at a later time.

They are not transmitted to vendors. However, POs that are on hold are relevant to MRP.

The following functions are not possible:

Message output (printing or transmission of document in message form)

Release

Posting a goods receipt

Posting an invoice

Hope it helps..
