release Strategy

dear all,

i am facing a problem in rel. strategy.

one of my user have made a PR but he don't have authorization of Pr release.

when i open that PR on my user ID in which i have PR rel. auth.

but he showing" PR can not release"

and there is no release strategy showing in that PR.

plz help

Ensure Release Charecterisitic Values are Meeting the Release Strategy Values and Go to ME53N and Check whether Release strategy tab is there in PR Header Tab Next to Header Text.

If Release Strategy tab is not there Means that its not Triggering Release Strategy.

Please Check the Release Strategy once.

Dear,

Please check release strategy for purchase requisition.

Enter CL20N, Your class type - 032, Enter your release group and release strategy.

Select your class and click on detail button.

Then check as per your input parameter, material master and purchase requisition is perfectly created, If no please change it.

Hi,

1. First check if he as authorisation for release of PR. You can check the authorisations for a user in tcode SUIM

2. Check the values entered in the PR which should fall between the values given in the characteristics defined in the release stratergy.

If the values are different then only the release stratergy wont be triggered
