creating a dispute on a customer account within FSCM

Can a dispute be created on a customer account as opposed to one line item on the account

in other words can the entire accoutn be in dispute without specifying one particular line item?

    Hi Eoin,

    The only way I know to do this would be to manually select all the line items you want included in the dispute in tran FBL5N and create the case from there.
