Hi Experts,
In my project. There are three different clients (on same server) for three countries.ie, Client - 620 for US, 820 for UK and 920 for Hong Kong. They are using standard Workflow 20000077 for PR Approval. I have received requirement for UK to add one more mail step in workflow. I modified the standard and added the step in client 820. But when i opened 620 and 920. The added mail step in visible in all clients.
My doubt is Are worklows Cross-clients??

Then why is the change getting reflected in all clients? Is it because im modifying standard?

Probably it is because all the clients acess a common data base. As far as my knowledge goes, there is no prosess in the work flow steps to assign clients only we can assign the authority of a perticular activity for a perticular user in a client( Agent assignment ).

Rama.

HI tejal,
Workflow are generallly client independent, however, some of the configuration associate with them is client dependent.
Customer tasks are client-dependent and have a period of validity. They are therefore integrated in organizational management with its planning and time limitation options.
Standard tasks are client-independent and are defined without a period of validity.
Best of luck,
Bhumika

Thanks for Quick Response Experts.
But does this mean that if im creating an customized workflow, then it will be client dependent?
Or shall i add some steps for checks in standard workflow, which im using, for checking the clients?
