Transaction type assignment

Hi gurus,

I created an IC_agent for the service scenario but when I create a service order with this role it doesn't recognize the transaction type I cofigured. Whot should I do in order to assign the transaction type I set to the IC_agent for the creation of the order?

Hello Stefano,

You should assign your newly created transaction type to the business transaction profile which is linked to your IC Webclient Business Role (I am assuming you are using CRM 2007).

This is the customizing path where you can define this.

SPRO --> Customer Relationship Management --> Interaction Center WebClient --> Business Transactions --> Define Business Transaction Profiles
