How to set Fixed value selection "My User" for tickets in SAP C4C for Analytical Reports

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create an analytical report for Tickets in C4C and I want to display the number of tickets that are created in a current month using the fixed value selection "My User". But I am not able to find the "Relative" select feature for any of the characteristics in the Ticket data source. I could see the "Employee" field with dynamic filters, but then the logged in user is not assigned to this field in the ticket.

Could you please tell which Data Source should I use and also which characteristics should be used so that the report output displays the relevant tickets based on logged in user in the system.

I have done this for all sales transactions and activities, but strangely I could not figure it out for a tickets BO.

    Hi Siraj,

    You could try using the Data Source Ticket Time Points and Contact Party

    You can also pull in the Processor characteristic for Selection which offers a Relative Select for the Logged in Employee
