Upgrading .NET Crystal on Web Server

We are upgrading to Visual Studio 2017. On the development machine, I'm running Windows 10, 64-bit, and I've installed the Crystal Reports full package.

I've installed the 64-bit runtime on both a Test Server and one of our production servers, which are both running Windows Server 2012 on 64-bit machines.

Both the test and production web servers had earlier versions of Crystal, which were removed prior to installing the runtimes, and both machines were rebooted after removal of old and installation of new versions.

All of the deployed applications work great on the test server, but I get the dreaded

"Could not load file or assembly 'log4net, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." error on the production server, which is currently down. And we still have one more production server to upgrade, which I'm afraid to touch, at the moment.

I also tried copying the log4net.dll into the bin folder of one of the applications on the production server, but that did not work either.

These applications are on our own internal network, so we're using the "folder" publish model within the application.

If there is a tech support number I can call for Visual Studio questions, that might be able to help with this, that would be great, as we really need to get our production server back online.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Please disregard. After a lot of frustration, I realized that the application pool needed to NOT allow 32-bit applications, so this issue is resolved.
