    Hi Avelino,

    What PL are you on?

    Is this happening every time?

Is it happening for po only?

Have you tried on a another machine?

Is it happening to more than one user?

    Regards,

    Matt

    Hi FIDEL,

    My suggestion is:

Upgrade your B1 to a newer version. You will not only get more functionalities but also face less bugs.

Less ans less people use 2004 now, you may find support of this version will become more and more difficult. It is high time for you to make a decision now.

    Thanks,

    Gordon

    Hi Avelino,

I have to say I must agree with Gordon here, chances are very good that this is a bug and that upgrading to the latest version of SAP would be the most advisable thing for you to do. SAP only supports 2004 on a case by case basis now, mostly critical data fixes and they would always advise to upgrade after the fix anyway or to upgrade before they look at your database. So in your case this is definitely the way to go.

    All the best.

    Matt
