How to delete line item in Inbound Delivery

Hello Friends

1. I have created one Import P.O with 6 line items.

2. I made inbound delivery for the above PO in VL31N.

3. Now I want to delete line item 2 in the inbound delivery, so I went to VL32N and selected line item 2 and Deleted and saved the inbound delivery.

4. But this deletion process is not happening completely, because when I am trying to move to next transaction from the existing screen (i.e. VL32N) it is giving a dump message as u201CExpress document "Update was terminated" received from author "xxxx" (here xxxx is USER name).

5. Why this dump message is triggering, is there any alternate method to delete an line item from inbound delivery.

Plz help in this regard

    if u have done PGR u cant do anything. u hav to reverse the gr .

    if not its posssible to change the line item. first go to po change mode and delete frm there . and try to delete the line item at vl32n.

    • Hello,

      Before Deleteing Line item of Inbound delivery.

      Plz check any GR is made or not? if GR is there then Deleted the GR and Go back to VL32N, select the line items and Below one Icon is the " Delete Item(s)" click on that.

      Go back to PO and check in Confirmation Tab is there Inbound delivery is showing?
