SRM eMails not being sent from SRM automatically

HI guys,

We are having an issue that when we create a PO and it has been approved, the system should send the email straight away, but in our case it is saying incorrect (error below) but if you then resend it manually from with in the PO it gets sent? Any ideas or settings i need to check for this all help is welcome and point are awarded for all help

Error : - Cannot process message, no route from ZROSS to XXXX.xxxxx mail address

Message no. XS826

Diagnosis

To continue processing, the system requires a valid route from sender ZROSS to recipient xxxxx.xxxxx mail address(type INT).

    Hi

    take help from basis consultant on SCOT settings

    Moreover check SOST for sent mails and make ensure that the mail id is valid too for that user.
