Can any one Help me Please

Hi BSP gurus,

I am just learning BSP, I have written Simple Hello World program, when i am trying to run this program, i am not able to see the output on the browser,( i am getting the error page cannot be displayed ) i dont have any web technology knowledge, can any one explain how to solve this problem...
