COPA Report issue - KE30

Hello Experts, 

We are facing COPA report issue, COPA value i:e KE30 actual value does not matched with GL (FAGLB03)balance value.

We have configured things at KEU2 as per our knowledge even though We are not sure that anything which we did incorrectly in KEU2.

Would you please look at the attached screens and make us to understand how do we allocate common expenses into allocation cycle.

What could be the reason that both reports value does not get matched ? and what should we do to fix this issue ?

Also we are receiving below warning message while running t.code: KEU5

"Segment contains no receivers"

What should we do to overcome this warning message.
