Enter mail text message in workflow

HI All,

I am getting the error message, enter the mail text when i am trying to send a mail. I have added one decision step, if approved or rejected, i need to send the mail, but i am getting this error. Pls suggest how to remove this error, so that i can send the mail.

I am using the mail step for sending the mail, I am getting the error message 'Enter the mail text'.

I think you have to Enter the content of the mail and then only error will go.

Hi,

You have to maintain the content of a send mail step otherwise it would throw the error 'Enter a mail text'

also maintain the subject line. if it doesnt worked then delete the send mail step and create it again.

Hi RG,

could you give some more details, on whether you using a SendMail Step after your DecisionStep, or are you using an FM like SO_NEW_*_SEND_API1 to send mail.

What is the exact error message that you getting.
