general ledger segment

Hi Guru's

can anybody help me for my issue.

I was trying to post the f-02, but the system shows one error

( Error : Balancing field ' segment " in line item 001 not Filed ) after that i create segment, again i posted the entry with fileld of segment . the error is solved

now my question

1.why the system show that error , because G004 and G001 all the field are surpress mode.

2.can i post the f-02 with out segment field any possiable is there?

if any possiable is there how i do it.

i will assign the pts
