Payroll Control Record Status not gone to Released Mode

Dear Gurus,

My Payroll Period Status 01.07.2008 to 31.07.2008 in Correction Mode.

I want to run August'2008 month Payroll, but if i go to Exit mode in 01.07.2008 to 31.07.2008" that Error comes "Payroll has not been run successfully for all personnel numbers"

I check "incorrect pers.nos (shift+8)" around 20 employees are showing.

because of my users are changing some IT 8 & 9 Details Directly ( PA30- It 8 & change the wage type amount same 9 also )

So please i request you how to solved the error? how to go in released mode 01.08.208 -31.08.2008

HI,

Go to Pa03 for the particular Employee

Select the ICON Payroll Correction.

And change your Payroll area to EXit Mode

Hi

this problem will come due to the IT0003 only. pls try to dont give any date in retro. and give the dates for Modification of Master data and Modi.masdata. bonus changes for whichever month you would like to run the payroll. and also try to give the last month date with month end date in accouting to calam.

even though your not getting means then revert back with the simulation error what ever you get.

have u check the t code PU03 undo the pay roll corrections for the employees which u found in incorrect personal numbers

Please tell me where we mentioned the Date in IType 3 & Which date?

Hi MPHO,

put retro date is one or two years bank and payroll period is 07-2008 then save after that go change mode and click release for payroll it will come aug 08 payroll period.

Delete the control record and re-create it for August 2008. This will solve your problem..
