when canceling the document by mf41 , power failer

Dear sir

Issue : Quality Inspection Lot cancelled but Production Document not reversed.

Brief Note : On 28-02-2008 our Chennai Plant has booked the Production under document number 4900163268 in the transaction code ZMBF.

They found the production booked was wrong and reversed the document through transaction code MF41. While saving this document power failed. Because of this the document was not reversed but the Quality Inspection Lot got reversed.

Due to this there is an increase in stock 125.876 cub meters of finished goods and also relevant raw material stock is not updated which is resulting the wrong entries. Approx cost of this is Rs. 2,39,925 is resulted in FI accounting

pl tell me how to slove the problem.
